This luxurious facility is designed to enhance the travel experience for passengers flying to the United States, offering a seamless blend of convenience and comfort.

Strategically located just steps away from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Preclearance facility, the lounge provides eligible guests with a tranquil space to relax after completing their U.S. entry formalities.

With its elegant design and curated amenities, the lounge ensures travelers enjoy an elevated pre-flight experience. Inside the lounge, guests can indulge in a selection of premium beverages and light dining options, perfectly complementing Etihad’s reputation for luxury.

For added convenience, select flights offer direct boarding from the lounge, streamlining the transition from relaxation to departure.

Access to the lounge is available to passengers traveling in The Residence, First Class, or Business Class, as well as to Platinum and Emerald Etihad Guest members. Additionally, access can be purchased by other travelers, subject to availability.
