Dubai Rolls Out 5-Year Multiple-Entry Visa for Indian Travelers

In a significant move to facilitate seamless travel between India and the Gulf region, Dubai has unveiled a five-year multiple-entry visa. This new visa category allows travelers to visit the UAE multiple times over five years, with a maximum stay of 180 days per year.

This means individuals can spend up to a total of 900 days in the UAE within this timeframe, albeit not consecutively. Moreover, what sets this visa apart is its swift processing time of just 48 hours, enhancing convenience for travelers.

The Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism’s Regional Head of Proximity Markets, Bader Ali Habib, conveyed the city-state’s sincere gratitude for India’s long-standing connection. Habib underlined India’s crucial role in helping Dubai achieve its goals established in the D33 Agenda while highlighting the remarkable inbound visitation from the Indian market in 2023, which greatly contributed to Dubai’s record-breaking tourist performance.

By taking this calculated step towards a five-year multiple-entry visa, Dubai is demonstrating its dedication to deepening its relationship with India and enhancing its standing as a top travel, business, and investment destination.

Using ongoing efforts to increase awareness about Dubai’s varied services and excellent flight connectivity, Habib reaffirmed Dubai’s faith in the Indian market. In addition to encouraging more economic cooperation between the UAE and India, he underlined Dubai’s dedication to giving Indian tourists a more extended and satisfying experience.

Habib reaffirmed the UAE’s commitment to India as well as the numerous prospects for cooperation between the two countries. A Memorandum of Understanding was signed today by Boeing and Antonov Company to investigate potential collaboration on defense-related projects.

“This agreement demonstrates our ongoing efforts to find more opportunities to work with Ukrainian industry, which was underscored by our signing of the Ukrainian Defence Industry Compact earlier this year.”

The areas of potential collaboration identified in the agreement consist of training, logistical support and overhaul services for tactical Unmanned Aerial Systems utilized by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which includes the ScanEagle. In addition, the companies will also explore opportunities for Antonov to provide engineering support to Boeing.
