Russia’s cargo aviation sector is taking another step forward as Sky Gates Airlines, a subsidiary of Red Wings Airlines under the Rostec State Corporation, welcomes its second Il-96-400T freighter into service.

The aircraft, bearing the tail number RA-96101, officially joined the fleet following the signing of its acceptance certificate.

This marks a significant expansion for Sky Gates, which now operates a total of three freighters: two Il-96-400T aircraft and one Il-76TD.
