Frontier Airlines will introduce an annual pass
An “unlimited” flying pass is being offered by Frontier Airlines.
An “unlimited” flying pass is being offered by Frontier Airlines, an extremely low-cost airline, and will be available in the spring. Even though this pass will have some limitations, buying it could be a great way to save money on travel and visit some of the many cities Frontier flies to.

Frontier Airlines will launch a “GoWild!” pass in the spring of 2023, which is essentially an unlimited travel pass. According to Frontier, passholders will have access to all of the airline’s destinations and an unlimited number of flights during the 12-month period.
Additionally, the company hinted that there would be blackout periods by stating that passholders would have access to flights on more than 300 days of the year.

It is obvious that Frontier Airlines is using this as a means of filling empty seats. The airline even advertises this directly, saying that five million seats were left empty last year alone and are now available for purchase.
I find this to be very efficient; it’s almost as if the airline is selling standard employee travel privileges directly to customers in advance, with the benefit of one-day advance booking and the drawback of blackout dates.
It has not yet been made public how much GoWild! will cost. Although Frontier is an ultra-low-cost airline, we anticipate that the cost will be reasonable given the circumstances. Additionally, Frontier has stated that there will only be a certain number of passes available.

PIA Reinstates Manchester and Paris Routes After EU Ban Lift
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced plans to resume flights to Europe starting in January, beginning with Paris as its first destination.
The decision follows the European Union Aviation Safety Agency’s (EASA) removal of a long-standing ban on the airline. PIA’s inaugural flight to Paris is scheduled for January 10, with bookings opening on December 9.
DOT Proposes New Passenger Compensation Rules for Flight Disruptions
In an official statement, PIA spokesperson Abdullah Hafeez Khan confirmed that the first flight schedule has been approved, marking a significant milestone in the airline’s recovery efforts. The EU ban had previously cost PIA approximately Rs40 billion ($144 million) annually in lost revenue, compounding its financial struggles.
With European operations restarting, PIA is now setting its sights on the United Kingdom. The airline plans to seek approval from the UK Department for Transport (DfT) to resume flights to major British cities such as London, Manchester, and Birmingham.

These routes are anticipated to see high demand once necessary clearances are obtained. The lifting of the EU ban represents a key achievement for PIA as it works to rebuild its international network and regain its standing in the global aviation market.
By restoring flights to Europe and aiming for UK destinations, PIA is taking critical steps toward recovering lost ground and improving its financial outlook.
