Manisha Pande’s tweet painted a vivid picture of the ordeal: “The whole indigo flights was spent scratching, swatting, and just praying for the flight to get over.”
While passengers struggled with the mosquito invasion, the cabin crew appeared to take no action to resolve the issue. The uncomfortable situation quickly escalated, with passengers voicing their displeasure over the airline’s apparent inaction.
More Than Just One Incident: Complaints Pour In

“We strive to make every journey comfortable and pleasant,” the airline responded, adding that regular fumigation and seat patches are in place to prevent mosquitoes from entering. While this acknowledgment was welcomed, passengers are still left wondering if these measures are enough to address the root of the issue.
