Israeli Ambassador to India, Reuven Azar, has spotlighted the F-35’s transformative impact on Israel’s air force, stating that the stealth fighter jet could provide India with a similar strategic edge. Israel currently operates 38 F-35 aircraft, with an additional 36 on order, and has already deployed several squadrons. These jets have proven instrumental in establishing Israeli air supremacy in the Middle East.
As per sources Ambassador Azar emphasized that advanced military technologies are critical for maintaining an edge over adversaries. He believes that if India acquires the F-35, it will significantly enhance the Indian Air Force’s (IAF) capabilities, ensuring dominance in the region.
F-35: A Game-Changer for India
The F-35 Lightning II, manufactured by Lockheed Martin, is one of the most advanced fifth-generation fighter jets in the world. Its advanced sensors, radar systems, infrared technology, and electronic warfare capabilities make it a formidable asset.
