The Reason Behind Boeing 777X's Absence at Paris Air Show 2025

At the Paris Air Show 2025, Boeing is set to showcase a wide range of its most advanced commercial and defense aircraft. However, the highly anticipated 777X will not be part of the static display.

Instead, Boeing is prioritizing the aircraft’s ongoing certification process, which is currently in a critical phase of rigorous testing in the United States to secure FAA and EASA approval.

Despite the absence of a physical 777X aircraft, Boeing will offer visitors an immersive experience at its Pavilion (C-2), where a full-scale mock-up of the 777X interior will be on display.

This showcase will highlight the aircraft’s spacious cabin design and modern features, underscoring Boeing’s commitment to innovation while focusing its resources on achieving regulatory milestones.

The Boeing Pavilion will also feature a broad spectrum of products and services, including:

  • Advanced defense and mission-critical capabilities
  • Global parts solutions and sustainment services
  • Maintenance and training support
  • Commercial aircraft modification services
  • Next-generation cabin interior designs

Additionally, the exhibit will host the Boeing Cascade Climate Impact Model, an interactive tool that visualizes and analyzes pathways to reduce aviation’s environmental impact.

By blending digital engagement with strategic focus, Boeing aims to reinforce its leadership in aerospace innovation while progressing toward the long-awaited delivery of the 777X.
