As the Hajj season begins and Eid ul-Adha approaches, Emirates is making travel easier for pilgrims by adding new flights to Jeddah and Madinah.

Emirates is boosting its capacity with a total of 46 additional flights to key destinations during the peak Hajj and Eid Al Adha periods. This includes 33 special flights to Jeddah and Medina, operating until 31 May and again from 10 to 16 June, to accommodate the surge of pilgrims traveling to Mecca for the holy pilgrimage.

Additionally, the airline will operate 13 extra flights to and from regional hubs such as Amman, Dammam, Kuwait, and Bahrain, meeting the increased travel demand as many customers journey to summer holiday spots or reunite with family for Eid celebrations.

Transporting Thousands of Pilgrims Worldwide

Over the next three weeks, Emirates will transport nearly 32,000 Hajj passengers from key cities across its global network, including the USA, Pakistan, Indonesia, South Africa, Thailand, and Côte d’Ivoire. This demonstrates Emirates’ global reach and dedication to supporting the spiritual journeys of pilgrims worldwide.

An Elevated Pilgrim Experience Onboard and On the Ground

Emirates will also celebrate Eid Al Adha with its passengers by offering special festive menus across all cabins on select flights to the Middle East, Africa, South Asia, Far East, and Europe. Travelers in First, Business, and Premium Economy classes can enjoy traditional dishes like Lamb Madfoon and Chicken Zurbian, alongside exquisite desserts such as Pistachio and Chocolate Nammoura Cake and White Chocolate Rahash Mousse.

Economy Class passengers will be treated to Pistachio and Coffee Cakes, while First and Business Class guests onboard the A380 will have access to Emirati desserts and unlimited Arabic coffee in the onboard lounge.
