‘Dead cockroach’ found in Air Vistara meal, airline responds after passenger’s complaint

An aircraft passenger reported seeing an insect in his onboard dinner. The traveler, identified as Nikul Solanki, also claimed tweeted images of the meal packet containing a cockroach.

The man reported discovering a “cockroach” in his Air Vistara meal box. Idli sambhar and upma are included in two of the passenger’s submitted photos of the dinner. According to the images, there is a dead cockroach at the dinner.

Air Vistara’s official handle responded to the complaint ten minutes after the initial tweet. “Hello Nikul, each and every one of our meals is made with the utmost care and quality. To help us investigate and resolve the situation as soon as possible, kindly send your flight information to us via DM. I’m grateful “The speedy response included the Air Vistara handle.
