Aviation Spotter’s mixed response to Argentina’s Boeing 757 flying in low pass

Arriving in style is Argentina’s new presidential 757. After its initial takeoff from the airport, where the aircraft does a sweeping turn and performs a low pass maneuver at the airport grounds, Argentina’s New Presidential Boeing 757 aircraft video went viral. The majority of aircraft spotters were ecstatic to watch such incredible maneuvers. Boeing 757 carrying the president of Argentina at Jorge Newbery Airport in Buenos Aires. At 5:25 local time, the plane touched down after performing a low pass over the airport.

Some individuals question the aircraft’s capabilities and skills, while others criticize the aircraft’s takeoff and the risk it poses to persons on the ground and to property. The aircraft must have been operated by air force personnel to perform such risky maneuvers during flight.

The Argentine government purchased a Boeing 757 in VVIP configuration from C&L Aerospace, a division of C&L Aviation Group, in April for use in presidential trips.

The present presidential Boeing 757 was traded in, and the Argentine government granted a loan of $25 million to pay for the purchase over ten years.

This aircraft, which will join the Air Force One fleet, was constructed specifically for VVIP use and is outfitted with a variety of avionics features.

The new presidential aircraft can accommodate up to 39 passengers and contains a main suite and two additional suites. C&L will auction off Tango 01, a former Argentine government-owned Boeing 757-200 powered by a Rolls-Royce RB211, “as is.” The Boeing 757 VVIP arrived in Miami after starting its journey from Dallas/Fort Worth airport on May 19. Prior to that, it had left the Salina airport after being modified for its new purpose.
