Qatar Airways to Establish Flagship Headquarters in Msheireb by 2025
Qatar Airways has announced plans to relocate its corporate headquarters to Msheireb Downtown Doha in 2025, marking a significant milestone for the airline.
The move aims to bring the airline’s corporate operations closer to Hamad International Airport (DOH), improving accessibility and enhancing day-to-day operations for its employees. This will be the first large-scale office relocation for Qatar Airways Group, currently operating out of three separate buildings in the Old Airport area of Doha.

The new headquarters will be a state-of-the-art facility, spanning 51,602 square feet and featuring four interconnected towers. Strategically located nine kilometers from the airline’s hub, the complex is designed to optimize proximity to key operations while offering advanced workspace capabilities.

Each tower will offer a unique layout to support various functions. Tower A will rise 20 floors, Tower B will have 15 floors, and Towers C and D will each consist of six floors. Accessibility has been a critical design consideration for the new headquarters. Located just 10 meters from the Mesheireb Metro Station, the facility ensures convenient access to public transportation, making commutes easier for employees and reinforcing Qatar Airways’ focus on employee well-being and convenience.
Sustainability and technological innovation form the core of the headquarters’ architectural philosophy. The building has earned the prestigious SmartScore certification, a global benchmark for intelligent building design.

The new headquarters is being developed by Msheireb Properties, a subsidiary of Qatar Foundation renowned for its sustainable and innovative real estate projects.
