Intra-City Helicopter Service to Start Soon in Bengaluru
Inter-City Helicopter Service FlyBlade India intends to connect Bengaluru International Airport to Hosur Aerodrome as part of its development plan for intra-city helicopter services. People will have full access to the services beginning on October 10, 2023.
The return trip from the airport will take place in the early morning hours. Those who use the service from Hosur will have access to evening flights. Travelers using the airport shuttle to get to the City Centre will arrive in 15 minutes.

This is a fantastic alternative for someone on a brief business trip because they can now use the time they would have otherwise spent on the commute to achieve something useful. The return flight will take place between 3:45 PM and 5 PM, with the morning flights running from 8:45 AM to 10:30 AM. Each ticket will cost INR 6000.
Additionally, you’ll receive a flight confirmation email with all the links after successfully booking a service. After that, their Flier Relations Team will give you a call and help you with baggage transfers and other concerns. On the app or the official website, flights can be reserved just like a standard airline ticket.
Many visitors going to and from Bangalore International Airport would find life made easier by this intra-city helicopter service, a BLADE India initiative, especially those arriving from the IT hub of Hosur.
A person can take a morning trip from the airport to a location in the city’s south or, if they are using the service from Hosur, an evening flight. This is a serious problem because it can take up to three hours to go from the South to the North or vice versa. With this heli service, the distance may be traveled in under 20 minutes!

PIA Reinstates Manchester and Paris Routes After EU Ban Lift
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced plans to resume flights to Europe starting in January, beginning with Paris as its first destination.
The decision follows the European Union Aviation Safety Agency’s (EASA) removal of a long-standing ban on the airline. PIA’s inaugural flight to Paris is scheduled for January 10, with bookings opening on December 9.
DOT Proposes New Passenger Compensation Rules for Flight Disruptions
In an official statement, PIA spokesperson Abdullah Hafeez Khan confirmed that the first flight schedule has been approved, marking a significant milestone in the airline’s recovery efforts. The EU ban had previously cost PIA approximately Rs40 billion ($144 million) annually in lost revenue, compounding its financial struggles.
With European operations restarting, PIA is now setting its sights on the United Kingdom. The airline plans to seek approval from the UK Department for Transport (DfT) to resume flights to major British cities such as London, Manchester, and Birmingham.

By restoring flights to Europe and aiming for UK destinations, PIA is taking critical steps toward recovering lost ground and improving its financial outlook.
