IndiGo takes first flight with New Recaro Seats

The most popular economy class seat from Recaro Aircraft Seating, the BL3710, has arrived on IndiGo, the top airline in India. The brand-new seats were chosen for IndiGo’s brand-new A320neo and A321neo aircraft last year, and they will be a welcome addition to the airline’s growing fleet.

Customers of IndiGo can anticipate a relaxed and comfortable journey with lots of legroom and a variety of amenities that will improve their entire travel experience.

IndiGo chose RECARO as a seating solution partner for the first time with this seat program since the airline’s founding in 2006. A fleet of 75 A321/A320neo aircraft will get the BL3710 and have it installed. 232 people can fit in the A321‘s award-winning economy class seats.
