We are hosting an event at American’s Flagship Lounge in collaboration with the Israeli Consulate to mark the beginning of daily service between Miami and Tel Aviv, according to American Airlines Vice President Juan Carlos Liscano.

Daniella Levine Cava, the mayor of Miami-Dade County, Mr. Maor Starinsky, the consul general of Israel, and Ralph Cutie, the head of the Miami-Dade Aviation Department, were also present. Several routes, including Managua (MGA), Paris (CDG), Montevideo (MVD), and the new Cuba service beginning on November 3 will be returning to MIA during the upcoming winter season, according to Liscano.

Through November, EL AL Airlines also operates five weekly flights to Tel Aviv, but American Airlines will be the only carrier operating a daily service. Beginning on Saturday, passengers will be able to reserve a flight from Tel Aviv to Miami seven days per week.
