Alaska Airlines is ready to assist in making those travel plans with the addition of three new routes just in time for the holidays: Portland-Miami begins service on Nov. 17, Palm Springs-New York JFK flights begin on Dec. 14, and San Luis Obispo-Las Vegas flights begin on Dec. 14. Alaska will start operating daily, year-round flights from the West Coast to the East Coast on November 17. When service begins, it will operate 96 peak-daily flights from Portland to 42 nonstop locations. Miami joins Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, and Tampa as the fourth Florida city and serve nonstop from Portland. This new flight becomes the second nonstop to Miami; began the Seattle-Miami route in June 2022.

Alaska offers a three-class cabin on its mainline and regional jet flights. The earliest boarding and largest legroom of any domestic carrier are available to passengers in First Class and Premium Class. Air India Rolls Out A350s for Delhi-New York JFK and Newark Routes

In a major development for North American travelers, Air India has announced the deployment of its state-of-the-art Airbus A350-900 aircraft on two key routes: Delhi to New York and Delhi to Newark.

The service on the Delhi-New York route will commence on November 1, 2024, while the Delhi-Newark route will see its inaugural flight on January 2, 2025.

This strategic deployment marks a notable enhancement in Air India’s U.S. operations, with 60% of its flights to the U.S. now featuring new or upgraded cabin interiors.
