Aero India 2025: How to Book Your Tickets and Register for the Event
Aero India 2025, one of India’s most exciting aerospace and defense exhibitions, will be held from February 10th to 14th, 2025, at Yelahanka Air Force Station, Bengaluru.
Organized by the Defence Exhibition Organisation under the Ministry of Defence, this event showcases the best in aerospace technology, with thrilling aerobatic displays by the Indian Air Force (IAF) and global vendors.

The event is split into two parts: business visitors can attend from February 10th to 12th, while the general public can join from February 13th to 14th. The exhibition will be open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, offering an amazing opportunity to experience the latest in aerospace innovations.
Registration Process
Booking your registration for Aero India 2025 is easy. Start by visiting the official website at aeroindia.gov.in. On the homepage, you’ll find a “Register” link at the top-right corner. Clicking on it will give you the option to choose between different types of registrations. If you are attending as a visitor, select “Visitor Registration.
” If you are part of an aerospace company, select “Exhibitor Registration.” Once you choose the right option, fill out the required details, including personal or company information, and complete the registration process.

After registering, you’ll receive login credentials that allow you to access the ticket booking section. You can then choose from various pass options available for business visitors, general attendees, or exhibitors.
Ticket and Pass Fees
Aero India offers a range of passes, each designed for different types of visitors. For business visitors, the fees are INR 5,000 for Indian nationals and USD 150 for foreign nationals (inclusive of GST).
For those looking for an ADVA pass to access the Aero India Display and Viewing Area, the fee is INR 1,000 for Indian nationals and USD 50 for foreign nationals (inclusive of GST). General visitors, who can attend on public days (February 13th and 14th), will need to pay INR 2,500 for Indian nationals and USD 50 for foreign nationals (inclusive of GST).
Exhibitor Registration
If you represent a company and wish to exhibit, the registration process is quite similar. Visit the same registration page and choose “Exhibitor Registration.” Complete the required form, including company details, and proceed to make the payment.

The registration fee for exhibitors is INR 40,000 for Indian companies and USD 700 for foreign companies, both inclusive of GST. Payment can be made through various online payment gateways such as SBI or Razorpay for Indian exhibitors and SBI International or SWIFT for foreign exhibitors.
Travel and Accessibility
Yelahanka Air Force Station is about 25 kilometers from Bengaluru city and approximately 40-45 minutes by road from Kempegowda International Airport. It’s recommended to use taxis or public transport to reach the venue as parking options are limited. Shuttle buses will also be available to take you from parking areas to the exhibition gate, ensuring a smooth experience.
