Pets weighing over 10 kg and up to 32 kg must travel as checked baggage in a hard-case carrier compliant with IATA standards. Pets above 32 kg will be transported as cargo.

The pet travel service is non-refundable, with the following fees:

• In-cabin pets: ₹7,500 (domestic), $140 (short-haul international)
• Checked baggage pets: ₹16,000 (domestic), $350 (all international routes)
