Qatar Airways Announces New Flights to Hamburg, resume services to Venice 

Bookable before the New Year, Qatar Airways has announced its 2024 network expansion, which includes both exciting new destinations and resumes. Beginning in June, travelers can begin organizing their summer travel plans for 2024. In July, there will be a brand-new destination: Hamburg, Germany.

As these gateways connect to Qatar Airways’ renowned network of over 170 destinations, they will catalyze increased economic and tourism activity. High demand is anticipated in Venice from countries like Australia, China, and Japan, while Hamburg will act as a hub for South Africa, Thailand, and the Philippines.

The announcements follow the recent addition of more flights to popular vacation locations like Amsterdam, Bangkok, Barcelona, Belgrade, and Miami, connecting via Doha’s Hamad International Airport—the best airport in the Middle East. This expansion to Qatar Airways’ winter schedule also includes increased flight frequencies.

Venice – seven weekly flights effective 12 June 2024

Doha to Venice departing at 09:00 and arriving 14:20 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Venice to Doha departing at 16:50 and arriving at 23:10 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Hamburg – seven weekly flights effective 01 July 2024

Doha to Hamburg departing at 08:35 and arriving at 14:10 on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

Hamburg to Doha departing at 15:40 and arriving at 22:40 on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

Doha to Hamburg departing at 2:15 and arriving 07:50 on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Hamburg to Doha at 09:20 and arriving 16:20 on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

  • Adjustable mood lighting with modes like “relax,” “dine,” and “cinema.”
  • A cocooned 60-inch curved wall for privacy while maintaining a spacious feel.

Passengers traveling together can enjoy a shared experience with a sliding divider that creates a lounge-like space. The stowable tables also allow for “buddy dining,” where two people can dine together.

The cabin’s flowing curves, inspired by the iconic Concorde wings, create a welcoming and stylish environment. Additionally, passengers can now wheel their luggage directly into their personal storage space, making settling in easier.
