Man buys food for elderly couple flying for the first time, heartwarming story is viral

On social media, a touching account of a man assisting an elderly couple who were "clueless" about flying for the first time went viral.

The couple, who were travelling for the first time and were from a small village in Uttar Pradesh, were not familiar with the specific procedures followed at the airport.
