Emirates Close to Sealing New Freighter Order for A350 and 777X

Emirates is planning to expand its cargo fleet to meet the rising global demand for air freight. The airline is currently evaluating the freighter versions of the Airbus A350 and the Boeing 777X, aiming to triple its cargo fleet by 2030.

Currently, emirates airlines has 11 777 freighters in service, with 10 more on the way. Additionally, the airline confirmed plans in June to proceed with the conversion of 10 777-300ER passenger aircraft into freighters by Israel Aerospace Industries, despite facing production delays.
