1. Hawaiian Airlines
Hawaiian Airlines is the top airline in the US. In 2021, the airline’s on-time arrival rates will reach 90.28 percent, earning it an exceptional reputation for punctuality. Last year, only 0.09% of Hawaiian Airlines flights were cancelled. Hawaiian provides free carry-on luggage up to 11kg for travellers. 2. Alaska Airlines
Runner-up for best Alaska Airlines, a US airline, is one of the few US airlines that only provides free checked baggage on domestic flights. Alaska Airlines offers its customers free 23kg of checked baggage and 10kg of carry-on luggage. The on-time arrival and cancellation rates for this airline are also very good, at 82.55% and 1.76%, respectively.
3. Southwest Airlines
On-time arrival rates are 74.31% for Southwest Airlines, and cancellation rates are 2.39%. 5. Sun Country Airlines
It records positive on-time arrival rates of 81.37% and cancelation rates of 0.03%. It scores highly across meals, seat comfort, and staff service, earning 3/5 ratings across the board. This airline also offers free 16kg of carry-on luggage.
