- Pack wisely: Passengers are allowed one (1) carry-on bag and one (1) personal item such as a purse, small backpack, or laptop bag, with a combined weight not exceeding 7kg. Oversized or overweight bags will incur charges at the boarding gate.
- Baggage policy: Optimize savings by purchasing prepaid baggage online through the CEB website or mobile app. Passengers may now avail up to three (3) pieces of 20kg baggage, with options to add extra weight allowance. Pre-purchasing baggage is up to 4x cheaper than airport charges. Additional baggage can be purchased during flight booking or via the Manage Booking portal up to two (2) hours before departure.
- Self-tagging for select domestic flights: Travelers departing from specific domestic destinations are reminded to self-tag their check-in luggage at designated kiosks before proceeding to bag drop counters.
- Stay informed: Check-in counters close 45 minutes prior to domestic flights and one (1) hour for international flights. Boarding commences 45 minutes before departure. Stay updated on flight status at www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status.
- Confirm airport terminal: Review itineraries and boarding passes to ensure alignment with the designated airport terminals. Cebu Pacific flights (5J) operate from NAIA Terminal 3, while Cebgo (DG) flights to and from Manila operate from NAIA Terminal 4 at Domestic Road, Pasay City.
